• Full Payment: Full payment is required upfront to prevent Hit & Run orders.
• Rush Fee: 10K fee applies to rush layouts, with an estimated turnaround time of 1–5 hours.
• Regular Turnaround: The maximum processing time is 3 days or 7 days if there are any issues or delays.
• Photo Selection: The seller does not select photos on behalf of the buyer.
• Recolor: Please provide your preferred color palette if you would like a recolor. If no palette is provided, the seller will choose a suitable color.
• Revisions: A maximum of 3 revisions is allowed. Full redesigns, photo replacements, or complete recolors are not permitted during the revision process.
• Please note that some colors may not appear exactly identical to the original material due to the recoloring process.
• Please provide HD, high-quality photos that are not cropped on either side.
• The final result may vary depending on the photos provided, so please make sure to send your best-quality photos.
• For the best possible result, please choose photos that match the style and composition of the layout catalog you purchased.
• Please use HD photos and avoid using fansite photos. The seller may not always be able to identify the source or type of photo provided, so please choose your materials carefully.
